Shipping

Do you ship outside of NZ?

Yep, we ship to Australia, Europe, and the US. If you live somewhere else and you want to get your hands on some Design by Nature goodies, just send us an email and we can work something out:-)
The pricing is done by weight and the minimum charge is $13.

Returns

Can I swap my item if I get the wrong size?
Yes, you can. Don't let worries about sizing stop you buying. We are totally happy to exchange goods to make sure you get the right fit.

Payment

Do I have to have a credit card to order?
Not if you live in NZ, you can choose 'Direct Payment' and you will be sent details of our bank account to deposit online or at the bank. Or you can choose 'Cheque' and post us a cheque. Goods will be sent when funds are cleared.

Care Instructions

Can I put my Design by Nature clothing in the washing machine?

Yes! Design by nature clothing is screenprinted and can be washed in the washing machine. Your print won't peel off and it won't crack or fade until you've actually worn it to death. We know of one mens hoody from a few years ago that is still going strong, despite being taken out fishing on a regular basis because the owner loves it so much:-)
